IoT Jordan was founded on a simple observation: MENA businesses were being sold IoT hardware from one vendor, software from another, and cloud from a third — and left to figure out how to make it all work. We built the alternative.
"Our mission is to make connected operations accessible to every business in the MENA region — not just those with enterprise IT budgets and dedicated engineering teams."
— Hussam Alakroush, CEO & Founder
IoT Jordan was founded by Hussam Alakroush and Ghaith Dabain after years of working inside Jordanian enterprises and watching the same problem repeat itself: IoT pilots would succeed technically but fail operationally. Devices from one vendor, a dashboard from another, cloud infrastructure from a third — and no single team responsible for making it all work together.
The result was always the same: expensive integrations, long delays, and eventually a shelf full of hardware that nobody trusted anymore.
IoT Jordan was built to eliminate that problem entirely. By owning the full stack — hardware, software, and cloud — we guarantee that everything works together from day one, and that we're accountable for the outcome, not just the components.
Today, we've deployed across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and agriculture in Jordan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The problem we set out to solve is still real — and we remain the only team in the region solving it end-to-end.
From a six-person team in Amman to the region's leading IoT platform.
IoT Jordan founded in Amman with a 6-person team and a single industrial client.
First multi-site deployment — 3 factories, 120 sensors, live in 30 days.
Platform v2 launched. Expanded to healthcare and agriculture verticals.
Opened Dubai office. Crossed 10,000 connected devices under management.
ISO 27001 certification achieved. Launched LoRaWAN network in Aqaba.
Riyadh presence established. 50+ deployments completed across 3 countries.
Crossed 100,000 connected devices. Launched Platform v3 with AI-powered anomaly detection.
Four principles that shape every product decision, every deployment, and every client relationship.
Every product decision is made with MENA conditions in mind — climate, connectivity, language, and regulation. We don't adapt global products; we build for here.
We measure success by the results our clients achieve — downtime reduced, water saved, assets found. Not by devices shipped or dashboards built.
We publish our SLAs, share our architecture, and tell clients what we can't do as clearly as what we can. No overpromising, no black boxes.
Our clients don't get handed off to a support queue after go-live. We stay involved, iterate, and grow the deployment as their business grows.
Operators, engineers, and builders who've spent careers inside the industries we serve.
Hussam founded IoT Jordan after identifying the integration gap that was holding MENA businesses back from realising the value of connected technology. He leads company strategy, client relationships, and regional expansion.
LinkedInGhaith leads all technical development at IoT Jordan — from hardware selection and firmware to cloud infrastructure and the management platform. He ensures the full stack works as one cohesive system.
LinkedInIoT Jordan is proudly Jordanian — founded, built, and headquartered in Amman. Our regional expansion is deliberate and client-led: we open offices where our clients need us, not where it looks good on a map.
Headquarters, engineering, and primary operations centre. Home to our hardware lab and customer success team.
Regional sales office serving Gulf clients. Partnerships with local system integrators and logistics providers.
Emerging market with active deployments in manufacturing and smart building sectors.
We're always looking for great clients and great people. Reach out and let's start a conversation.
